Solar Wise Wagga helps local ice making business save!

Solar Wise Wagga recently completed a commercial 13.5 kW grid connect solar power systems for local ice making company Cootamundra ice.

The system comprised of

75 x 185 Australian made Silex modules and the ever popular German made SMA 15 kW 3 phase inverter.

The system will produce over 520 tonnes of CO2 over 25 years and up to $ 6000.00 per year on electricity bills. And more into the future as electricity prices increase!

Owner and local electrician - Mark Kingwell sees it as a great long term investment that helps future proof his from rising electricity cost and the introduction on a price on carbon.

Managing Director of Solar Wise Wagga - Alex Manley says

“There has been a steady increase in commercial installations as the prices of solar systems have reduced by up to 80% and the price of electricity sores”.

"Business is a great fit for solar power as they use most of their power during the day when solar generation is at its peak! Basically feeding the solar power direct to their workshop or office".

Solarwise Wagga are proud to part of a such a great project helping a local business save and we look forward continue to help commercial clients in the future.
